Why We Have our Pets Photographed In Our Heathfield Studio, Sussex.

We all love our pets for one reason or another. Pets are part of our families, for some pets are all we have.

Here are a few of the reasons and questions we are asked in the studio!

My pet has dark fur!

Many people come along to the studio and say can we have a lighter background for our photoshoot because my dog has dark fur and we won't be able to see him if we have a dark background.

Well, believe it or not, it doesn't matter whether you have a light or dark background, it's not about the colour of the background it is how you light your photograph, so don't worry you can have any colour you wish!

My dog is part of the family is it ok to bring him along as well?

Your pet is a valued member of the family; therefore we would love you to bring him along, we can take photographs with him, and without him, so you have a complete selection to choose from.

Can I bring more than one pet with your Pet Portrait Experience Voucher?

You can bring as many pets as you want to!!! after all we sometimes have more than one child.

We have an older pet, will they be frightened?

We do our utmost to settle your pets in our studio; we ask you to bring along their blanket or even their bed. Favourite toys and treats always work well, as with all of our shoots there is no rush, so plenty of time to sit with your pet and get him used to his surroundings.

Your pets, unfortunately, get older and like everything they are not going to be with us forever, having a professional Pet Photoshoot is one of the ways you can capture their personalities and keep your memories alive.

My dog is very bouncy I am worried that he may knock over the lights?

Don't worry if your dog is a little more high spirited than most; all our studio lighting is mounted on the ceiling and walls, they can't do any harm to them.

My Dog likes the outside can we have our shoot on location?

We have two packages for you and your pets Pet Studio Experience or a Pet Location Experience voucher. Having these two vouchers allows you to choose where you would like your pet photographed.
